Monday Ladies League

The perfect blend of community, charity, and golf.

Our Monday Ladies League is a social-first group focused on a fun morning on the course. We welcome players of all skill levels to join us for our weekly sessions.

League Schedule & Format

• Tentative Start: Monday, May 11th (Weather permitting).

• Standard Mondays: 9:30 AM Shotgun Start.

• Long Weekend Mondays: Staggered morning tee times.

• Pairings: We do our absolute best to pair up singles with other members.

2026 Registration & Fees

• One-time League Fee: $35.00 (Cash)

League fee can be paid in cash directly to our organizer, Dayle. This covers your registration and the year-end luncheon.

Weekly Costs:

• Green Fee: $25.00

• Power Cart (Optional): $9.00

• Course Games & 50/50: $4.00 (Please bring cash each week)

Green fees and cart costs include tax and can be paid directly to the course via card or cash. Games and 50/50 are cash only.

Charity & Community

We are proud to support our community. A portion of your registration and all proceeds from the weekly 50/50 draw are donated to a local charity.

Tuesday Men’s League

Friendly competition, official scoring, and great times.

Our Tuesday Men’s League is a weekly morning league for players of all skill levels. This year, we are elevating the experience by requiring an Official Golf Canada Handicap for all participants to ensure fair and accurate scoring for our weekly prizes.

League Schedule & Format

• Tentative Start: Tuesday, May 12th (Weather permitting).

• Standard Tuesdays: 9:oo AM Shotgun Start.

• Arrival: Please check in at the Pro Shop by 8:30 AM.

• Format: 9-Hole, 2-Man Better Ball. Pairings will be made on the day of prior to tee off.

2026 Registration & Fees

Registration now includes your Official Golf Canada Membership, which provides a certified handicap, equipment insurance ($1,500 coverage), and the Golf Canada scoring app.

• Western Trent Members: $50.00

• Non-Members: $100.00

• Non-Members with Existing GC Handicap: $50.00

League registration prices are plus HST.

• Power Cart (Optional): $9.00

• Weekly Course Games: $5.00 (Please bring cash each week)

Green fees and cart costs include HST. Weekly game fees are collected in cash for prize distribution.

Wednesday Mixed League

Join our Wednesday Mixed League now — spots still available.

Our Wednesday Mixed League brings golfers of all skill levels together for a fun and social mid-week round on the course.

League Schedule & Format

• Tentative Start: Wednesday, May 13th (Weather permitting).

• Standard Wednesdays: 9:oo AM Shotgun Start. Players meet at the pro shop at 8:30 AM.

• Format: 18 Hole Scramble

Registration & Fees

There is no one-time league fee for our Wednesday Mixed League.

• Green Fee: $35.00

• Power Cart (Optional): $18.00

• Course Games: $5.00 (Please bring Cash each week)

Green fees and cart costs include tax and can be paid directly to the course via card or cash. Course games for weekly prizes are cash only.

Team prizes are based on placing. Prizes for men and women will be set up for:

Thursday Men’s League

Our premier competitive league. High energy, fair play, and big prizes.

Our Thursday Men’s League is Western Trent’s largest and most popular night. To ensure total integrity for our Gross and Net prizes, an Official Golf Canada Handicap is mandatory for all participants.

League Schedule & Format

• Tentative Start: Thursday, May 14th (Weather permitting).

• Flexible Start Times:

  • Afternoon Staggered Starts: 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM (Tee time booking required).

  • Evening Shotgun Start: 6:00 PM (Check-in at the Pro Shop by 5:30 PM). Earlier start times will be implemented later in the season.

• Format: Stroke Play (Gross & Net Divisions)

• Scoring: All scores entered via the Golf Canada app/website. Official winners verified through the Golf Canada system.

Registration & Fees

Registration includes your Official Golf Canada Membership (Handicap index, GPS scoring, $2,500 insurance) and your Year-End Banquet meal.

• Western Trent Members: $50.00

• Non-Members: $100.00

• Non-Members with Existing GC Handicap: $50.00

Our season concludes with a major celebration!
